You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Mendes Pimentel. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Barbosa, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Hotel Barbosa is listed at Praça Benedito Quintino 23; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Municipal Padre Francisco Van Noort, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Escola Estadual Nossa Senhora Aparecida, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Capela São Vicente, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Capela da Sagrada Família are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora Aparecida, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Câmara Municipal de Mendes Pimentel should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
