You do not need to be in Muniz Freire to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the recipient’s address is in Centro, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel São José, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. The listed address for Hotel São José is Rua Manoel Alonso Portela; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at EEEM Judith Viana Guedes? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at EMEF Professora Lia Therezinha Merçon Rocha, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for EMEF Sebastião Costa is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Comunidade Santo Expedito (CEB) - Cachoeirinha, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Comunidade São Vicente de Paula (CEB) - São Vicente de Paula, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Igreja Nossa Senhora da Penha - Boa Esperança, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Prefeitura Municipal de Muniz Freire, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Cohab.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Agito's Bar, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
