Before sending flowers to Escola Municipal Gralha Azul | EM-EiEf, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Municipal José Fraron - EM-EiEf, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Flowers for a service at Capela Comunidade qSão Caetano are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Capela N. Sra. Aparecida, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Capela Santa Catarina, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
