Send your flower order for Roca Sales online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The same-day ordering cutoff in Roca Sales is 16:00, local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. When the destination is in Centro, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Use the hospital’s full address for Hospital Roque Gonzales, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. You will find Hospital Roque Gonzales listed at Rua General Osório 70; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at Colégio Scalabriniano São José, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Padre Fernando, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Assembléia de Deus are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Comunidade Católica, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Prefeitura Municipal, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Address details for Cidade Nova should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
