You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send your flower order for Santa Teresa online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Pau-Brasil is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For delivery on the same day in Santa Teresa, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. For an address in Alvorada, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Check that Hotel Solar dos Colibris can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Bella Montagna, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Check with Hotel Santa Teresa before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The listed address for Hotel Solar dos Colibris is Avenida dos Manacás 400; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Unidade do Senac Santa Teresa, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Agência de Treinamento da Findes is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at EEEFM José Pinto Coelho, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Capela de São Lourenço, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Capela de São Sebastião, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Igreja de São João Batista are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Cartório Eleitoral da Décima Primeira Zona accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Where the delivery address includes Centenário, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Cantina Italiana, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
