Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Tapejara. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. When entering an address in Isisdoro Danieli, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before sending to Hospital Santo Antônio, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. The location listed for Hospital Santo Antônio is Rua Tranquilo Basso 270; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Colégio - São Paulo, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Fernando Borba? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Giocondo Canali is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Salão do Reino das Testemunhas de Jeová, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Capela - São Paulo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Gruta Santa Paulina, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Hotel Fontana, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Before placing a workplace order for Prefeitura, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Linha Três.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Boone´s, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Sol Ville Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
