Send your flower order for Tres Pontas online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Monumento Três Pontas are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Catumbi.
Before sending flowers to APAE, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at CAIC - Escola Municipal Professora Nilda Rabelo Reis, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Escola José Vieira de Mendonça is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Carmelo, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Capela Nossa Senhora Aparecida are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Capela do Padre Victor, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Unimed, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Address flowers for someone at SAAE with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
When the destination is in Cidade Jardim, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
