You do not need to be in Varre-Sai to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Varre-Sai is 16:00. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. When the destination is in Centro, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Sending to a patient at Hospital São Sebastião de Varre-Sai calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Sending flowers to someone at Escola Municipal de Cruz da Ana? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Colégio Coração de Jesus, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to CIEP MARLENE ABIB FABRI, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Igreja Assembléia de Deus de Cruz da Ana, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Igreja Católica da Imaculada Conceição, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Igreja Católica de Nossa Senhora das Graças, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for a recipient at SAMU needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Before placing a workplace order for Escritório Local da Emater-Rj, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Nossa Senhora Aparecida.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
