Send flowers to Dunevo from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Dunevo is 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Address details for Neviastata should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Spartak, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If you are sending to a guest of Uzunski, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When a funeral service is held at Chapel St. Peter, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at St Nedelya Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Luxor, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Stomatology, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
An order for a staff member at Regional Court - Smolyan should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
An address in New Centre should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at ALEA Café Lounge Bar, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
