Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Siroki Dol. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
If the service takes place at Church of St. Archangel Michael, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Saint Iliya, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
