A flower order for Samraong Tong can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

For delivery on the same day in Samraong Tong, the order needs to be placed before 17:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
For a delivery to a teacher at Hun Sen Rolaing Chhouk Secondary School (SDPP CL & EWS), write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Kandaldom Assembly of God Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Wat Mrom (North), confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Wat Sambour are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Golden House Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Check whether City Hall accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
