You do not need to be in Flor Maria - San Ignacio to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Where the delivery address includes Villa El Puente, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Sending flowers to someone at Colegio Pablo de Rokha? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Liceo Juan Gomez Millas, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Ribera del Maule, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
When the destination is in Villa Los Olivos, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Don Jorge, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
