Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Hacienda Chicureo. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For a recipient whose address is in La Reserva de Chicureo, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a delivery to a teacher at Colegio Pioneros, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Jardín Infantil Bamboo is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Parroquia Santa Faustina, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Santuario Schoenstatt Valle Hermoso, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Santuario de la Divina Misericordia, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at A Dos Fuegos, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
