For a recipient in Huachalalume, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. For someone in Tierras Blancas, use that locality name within the delivery address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at CEDIN, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Colegio Arauco, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Escuela El Sendero is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Capilla Asunción de María, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Capilla San Antonio de Padua, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Capilla Santísima Trinidad are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient’s address is in Brisas de Cerro Grande, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Burger Club, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
