You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Luis Cruz Martinez. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For a recipient whose address is in Población Luis Cruz Martínez, keep that place name in the address you enter.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
