You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Puquillay Alto. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Monumento a Arturo Prat are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. When the destination is in Villa Francia, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Check with Hotel La Quadra before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The address given for Hotel La Quadra is Camino Chepica - Nancagua Km. 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Colegio Basico Consolidado is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Colegio Particular Subvencionado "El Principito", name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Adriana Lyon Vial, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Capilla Puquillay, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Capilla Sagrada Familia, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Capilla Sagrada de Jesús are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient’s address is in Villa Las Rosas, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For a table booked at El Quincho de Don Lindor, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
