You do not need to be in Beijing to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Monument to the People's Heroes are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Pagoda of Cishou Temple is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Beijing. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. For an address in Boxing, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Check with the ward at Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. A flower order for a recipient at Peking University Sixth Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. When the recipient is at Beijing Emergency Medical Center, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. The street address listed for Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University is 永安路 36; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at Capital Medical University (Huaxiang Campus), write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Tsinghua University High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to The Affiliated Primary School of Peking University, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Dongyue Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Confucius Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Fa Yuan Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Beijing Friendship Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For flowers addressed to someone at Beijing Municipal Health Commission, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the recipient’s address is in Ronghua, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If flowers are going to Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Lao She's Teahouse, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Intercontinental Beijing Beichen, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before ordering for a guest at Holiday Inn Express Beijing Dongzhimen, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
