Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The same-day ordering cutoff in Kelamayi Qu is 14:00, local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. When entering an address in Kunlunlu, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Yitel Trend, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hong Shiyue Fashion Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. 兴业路 51 is the listed address of Yitel Trend; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Shenglilu.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
