You do not need to be in Luozha Xian to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. An address in Dadui should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Xieweng hot springs, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Flowers for a service at Lhalung Monastery are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Sekhar Guthok, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kharchu Monastery, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Deqingding, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Address details for Woxing should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a tribute intended for Jidui Turpan Tombs, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
