Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For same-day flower delivery in Maiji Qu, place your order before 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For an address in Beidaobu Subdistrict, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A flower order for someone staying at 7Days Inn Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Check that Zhoulin Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
A delivery for Tianshui Number 9 Middle School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Longwang Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Ruiying Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Home Inn, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
When the recipient is at Tongren Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
If the recipient’s address is in Daobei, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Yonghe Soy Milk, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
