Send your flower order for Muye Qu online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When entering an address in Donggandao, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Use the hospital’s full address for Xinxiang City No.1 People's Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. Sending to a patient at Xinxiang No.2 People's Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Before sending flowers to Foreign Languages Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Henan Industry Technical School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Henan Xinxiang No.1 Middle School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Fahai Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Guandi Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Hyatt Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
A flower order for a recipient at No.3 Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Check whether Hongqi District Government accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
An address in Jiankanglu should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Xinxiang Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Xinxiang International Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
