You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Nanan Qu. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Nanan Qu. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For someone in Huayuanlu, use that locality name within the delivery address.
When the recipient is at Chongqing Southeast Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. For a recipient at Kangping Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Before sending flowers to 7th Teaching Building, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Chongqing Nankai (Rongqiao) Secondary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Dianjian Community School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Ciyun Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Guanyin Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Tushan Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Kempinski before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Chongqing No.6 Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
For an address in Longmenhao, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pizza Hut, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Atour Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Holiday Inn Express, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
