You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Songnan Zhen. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Bronze Statue of Sun Yat-sen in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Chen Huacheng statue are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Songnan Zhen close at 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Address details for Changbai Xincun should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A flower order for someone staying at Hyatt Regency Shanghai Wujiaochang should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Sending to Fuxuan Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The address given for Hyatt Regency Shanghai Wujiaochang is 国定东路 88号; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Baoshan Songxing Road No. 1 Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Dadi Kindergarten, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Jiulong Model Middle School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Chasi Old Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Christian Church in Wusong, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Hudongtang, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
An order for a staff member at New Jiangwan Town General Municipal Management should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
An address in Tianmu Xilu should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Lily House酒吧, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
