You do not need to be in Xinxiang to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Xinxiang. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the recipient’s address is in Hepinglu, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For a patient at Xinxiang City No.1 People's Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. For a recipient at Xinxiang No.2 People's Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Sending flowers to someone at Hongqi District No.2 Experimental Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Huixian No.2 High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Laodongjie Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Fahai Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Guandi Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Pujiu Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Wanxianshan Tianti Guesthouse, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before sending to No.3 Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Check whether Changcun Town Government accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
An address in Nanqiao should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hyatt Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a guest at Xinxiang Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
