You can order flowers for Arjona online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Estatua de Antonio de la Torre y Miranda is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Estatua de simón Bolívar are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
The order must be placed before 15:00 local time for same-day flowers in Arjona. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to On Hospedaje la Casona, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at Colegio Albert Einstein, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Escuela Mix Nueva Holanda, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Institución Educativa Catalina Herrera is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Iglesia Católica, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Parroquia Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Hospedaje la Casona, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Check whether Alcaldía Municipal accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
