Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Betulia. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
Use the hospital’s full address for Hospital Germán Vélez Gutierrez, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. If you are sending flowers to someone at HOSPITAL, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. You will find Hospital Germán Vélez Gutierrez listed at Carrera 21 15-84; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Betulia Plaza, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Panorama, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Carrera 20 20-20 is the listed address of Hotel Betulia Plaza; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Gruta, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
