For a recipient in El Retiro, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Planning a same-day delivery in El Retiro? The ordering deadline is 15:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Address details for La Lorena should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A delivery for Colegio San Jose de las Vegas is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Parroquia Los Caballeros de la Virgen, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Capilla Ermita de la Candelaria, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Iglesia Nuestra Señora del Rosario are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Casa de Gobierno El Retiro, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Creativo Sushi Black Kitchen, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
