You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Guatape. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order must be placed before 15:00 local time for same-day flowers in Guatape. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Before ordering for a guest at Casa Dodo Guatapé, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Portobelo, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Natural Rock Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The location listed for Casa Dodo Guatapé is Vía El Peñol - Guatapé; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Centro Educativo Rur El Tronco, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Centro Educativo Rur La Peña is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Centro Educativo Rur La Piedra, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Benedictine's Monastery, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Catholic Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Chapel, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as City Hall, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Namaste vegan express, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
