Send flowers to someone in Velez without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Jose Antonio Galán in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Martin Galeano are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Address details for Aquileo Parra should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Nani, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Villa Flor, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at UNAD, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Colegio Nacional Universitario, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Colegio Nacional Universitario Sede Campestre? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Capilla, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Iglesia Adventista del Septimo Día, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Iglesia Pentecostal Unida de Colombia are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Hotel El Paisa can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Before placing a workplace order for Palacio Justicia Vélez, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
When the destination is in Jose Antonio Galán, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before sending a tribute to Cementerio Vélez, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
A delivery timed for a meal at Restaurante Mercedes needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
