Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Orahovica. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel “Ružica grad” should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Dukat, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Hotel “Ružica grad” has a listed address of Ulica kralja Zvonimira 1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Osnovna škola Ivane Brlić Mažuranić, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Srednja škola Stjepan Ivšić, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at crkva Našašća Svetog Križa, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Grad Orahovica, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Ružica needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
