You do not need to be in Ayia Napa to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Atelier is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Neophytos Apoullou in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Ayia Napa is 14:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Beach Villas.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Olympic Lagoon Resort, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Check with Napa Prince Hotel Apartments before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
A delivery for Antoni Tsokkou Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Agioi Anargyroi are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Panagia, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Saint Prokopios (Restricted), confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Napa Plaza, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
If the recipient’s address is in Island Villas, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Isaac Taverna, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
