You can order flowers for Latsia online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Use the hospital’s full address for Latsia Medical Centre, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. The listed address for Latsia Medical Centre is Dimitri Stavrou Avenue; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A delivery for Latsia Gymnasium is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at The Senior School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at D' Latsion, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Apostolos Philippos, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Archaggelos Michael are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Ayia Marina, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Cyprus Pedagogical Institute accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For a table booked at Nicosia Country Club, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
