A flower order for Mesa Geitonia can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the recipient’s address is in Chalkoutsa, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For a delivery to a teacher at NYS Invictus Institute of Accountancy, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at 10th Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at 27th Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Agios Stefanos, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Apostolos Andreas, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Ieros Naos Agiou Eleftheriou are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone in Kontovathkeia, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Siam, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
