Send your flower order for Havířov online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Pomník oběti životické tragédie, č. 3 is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Pomník oběti životické tragédie, č. 8 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

A delivery for Střední odborné učiliště Dakol is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at ZŠ Jarošova, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at ZŠ Kapitána Jasioka, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Farní sbor Slezské církve evangelické augsburského vyznání v Havířově Suché, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Kostel svaté Markéty, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at kostel Sv. Anny are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
