You can send flowers to someone in Kbel even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Panna Marie are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Bedřich Smetana is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Address details for Benátky nad Jizerou Ⅰ should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A delivery for Střední odborná škola a Střední odborné učiliště is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Masarykova ZŠ a MŠ, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Základní škola, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Nanebevzetí Panny Marie, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at svatá Maří Magdaléna, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at svatý Mikuláš, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Městský úřad Benátky nad Jizerou should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
Where the delivery address includes Benátky nad Jizerou Ⅱ, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Šťastný hroch, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
