For a recipient in Neurazy, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Oběti 1. sv. války is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Pomník obětem 1. světové války are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Flowers for a service at Kostel sv. Martina are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Obecní úřad Neurazy with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
