You can order flowers for Vanov online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Památník obětem holocaustu are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Pomník osvobození v Dolních Zálezlech is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. For a recipient whose address is in Hostovice, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Check that Clarion Congress Hotel Ústí nad Labem can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. When addressing flowers to a guest at Pivovar & Hotel Na Rychtě, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Sending flowers to someone at Základní škola Ústí nad Labem, Neštěmická 787/38? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Gymnázium Jateční, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Základní škola SNP, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Chrám Apoštola Pavla (červený kostel), the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at kaple Nejsvětější trojice, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Římskokatolický arcidekanat, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Interhotel Bohemia? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
An order for a staff member at Krajský úřad Ústeckého kraje should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
When the destination is in Klíše, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pizza Hut, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
