You can send flowers to someone in Aarhus even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Til minde om ofrende for 4. juli katastrofen 1944 is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When entering an address in Ceres Byen, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before sending to Fødeafsnit, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. For a recipient at Mølholm, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Aura Apartment Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Ritz, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Sending flowers to someone at Rundhøjskolen? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Ellehøjskolen, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Laursens Realskole is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Scandic Aarhus City should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
A flower order for a recipient at Aleris Aarhus needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
For flowers addressed to someone at Retten i Aarhus, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For an address in Beder, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the delivery address is Bedemand H. J. Madsen, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. If flowers are going to Nordre Kirkegård, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
For a table booked at Frederikshøj, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For a service at Gellerup Kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
