Arrange a flower delivery in Kvaers online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Menig Nr 72 in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Same-day orders for Kvaers close at 14:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Before sending flowers to Kværs Idrætsfriskole, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Søgård Friskole is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Rinkenæs gamle Kirke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Felsted Kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kværs Kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Kværs Kro Værelser before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
