You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Mellerup. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Genforeningssten is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the destination is in Bjerre Gårde, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Mellerup Fri- og Efterskole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Mellerup Friskole og Naturbørnehave, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Mellerup Kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Tvede Kirke, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Voer Kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone in Tvede Gårde, use that locality name within the delivery address.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
