For a recipient in Otavalo, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. La cruz del socavón is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Los Danzantes are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Check with Saransig Killasamana before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. When arranging flowers for Hotel Villa Mimi, note its listed address, El Bosque A456; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Flowers for a service at Santuario Nacional Católico Señor de las Angustias | Otavalo are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Iglesia de Jesucristo SUD, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Iglesia Católica San Juan Bautista| Otavalo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the delivery address is Funeraria "Luciano Unda Jr", confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Healthy Food, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

When several people are giving the flowers together at Cenfamil cenepa, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
A delivery for Centro de Formación Académica y Militar "CENEPA" is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Before sending flowers to Unidad Educativa Santa Juana de Chantal, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
