Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Pedro Moncayo. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Emperatriz, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a delivery to a teacher at Unidad Educativa Leopoldo Chavez, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Iglesia Católica Santiago Apóstol de Malchinguí are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Comunidad de Fe - Tabacundo, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hostal Rancho Manabita, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For someone working at EMELNORTE, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at El Muelle de la Calle Real, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
