Send your flower order for Qena online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Pyramid of Naqada is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Ahmed kalil ahmed are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Planning a same-day delivery in Qena? The ordering deadline is 16:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Sending to Dream Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Check with El Yasmene before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before sending flowers to Dawod takla, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at newmokarrabiah primary school, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Sheikh Al-Arab Hammam Mosque (, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Basma Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Qus central hospital, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
Address flowers for someone at courthouse with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Hassanein Syrian Food needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
