You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Jakobstad. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Sankaripatsas is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Sankariristi are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Jakobstad. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Varvet.
If you are sending to a guest of Stadshotellet, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Check with Hotel Epoque before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Check that Jugend Guest Home can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. The street address listed for Stadshotellet is Kanalesplanaden 13; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Jakobstads gymnasium, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Jakobstad Elimförsamling, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Jakobstads Adventkyrka, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Pietarsaaren Saalem-seurakunta are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Rådhuset, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at ABC! Jakobstad, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
