A florist in Pieksämäki handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Abel Häyrinen are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Karjalaan jääneiden vainajien muistopatsas in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For delivery on the same day in Pieksämäki, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Where the delivery address includes Naarajärvi, retain the locality when filling in the order.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Ysihotelli, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The location listed for Ysihotelli is Keskuskatu 16 B; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Harjun koulu, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Hiekanpään koulu? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Pieksämäen lukio, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Pieksämäen helluntaiseurakunta are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Pieksämäki old church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Ristikiven kirkko, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Kela, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Maaselkä.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Blancco, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
