You do not need to be in Virrat to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as "Veljet, vesitilkka tuokaa" muistomerkki are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Church Boat is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For someone in Keiturinniemi, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Virtain sosiaali- ja terveysasema, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. For delivery details relating to Virtain sosiaali- ja terveysasema, its listed address is Sairaalantie 1; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at KryptoKeskus ry / CryptoCenter? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Killinkosken koulu, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Virtain yhtenäiskoulu is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Virtain helluntaiseurakunta, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Virtain kirkko, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Liedenpohjan kirkko, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Virtain kaupungintalo, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Kukka-ja hautauspalvelu Kukka-Riitta before using it as the address for a funeral tribute.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Kitusen Kievari, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Check with Hotelli Tarjanne before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Hotelli Tarjanne has a listed address of Virtaintie 35; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
