For a recipient in Ambilly, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Monument aux morts d'Ambilly are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Claudius Chavanne is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in La Martinière.
If you are sending to a guest of Ibis Annemasse, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Check that Ibis Styles can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For an order addressed to Ibis Annemasse, the listed location is Rue de Genève 38; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at École primaire La Fraternité, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to École primaire La Paix, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Église Saint-François-de-Sales, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Mosquée du Centre Culturel des Musulmans d'Annemasse, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Église évangélique Elim, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Mairie d'Ambilly, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Le Charlou.
For a tribute intended for Cimetière d'Ambilly, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at C'era Una Volta, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
