A florist in Ayse handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Bellevue, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For an order addressed to Hotel Bellevue, the listed location is Route de Chez Chardon 387; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at École élémentaire publique Lucie Aubrac, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at École maternelle publique Clos Chaboud, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Pierre, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Mairie d'Ayse, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at L'entre-temps, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
