You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send flowers to Bartenheim from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Monument aux Morts are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Monument aux Morts la Chaussée in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Bartenheim is 16:00. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For someone in Bartenheim-La-Chaussée, use that locality name within the delivery address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at École Elémentaire Victor Hugo, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at École maternelle Charles Péguy, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at École élémentaire Charles Péguy? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Chapelle Notre-Dame des Champs are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Chapelle Saint-Martin, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Chapelle Saint-Nicolas, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Lion Rouge, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before sending to a workplace such as Mairie de Bartenheim, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the destination is in Rodenfeld, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a table booked at Dolce Vita - Pizzeria, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
