A flower order for Beaune can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Monument aux Morts is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by MAURICE EMMANUEL in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Le Camp Américain.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Novotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. When arranging flowers for Novotel, note its listed address, Rue du Moulin Noizé 16; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Collège Monge, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at École maternelle Saint-Nicolas, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at École élémentaire Champagne Saint-Nicolas? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Basilique Notre-Dame, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Église Saint-Nicolas, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Ancienne chapelle des Jacobins are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Sous-Préfecture de Beaune accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
If the destination is in Les Pierres Blanches, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a table booked at Le Panorama, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
